Rockwell Center is Makati's luxury benchmark: private security, underground utilities, and the Power Plant Mall as your corner store. Expect ₱90,000 to ₱350,000+ per month depending on tower and size. Families and senior executives who want a self-contained, secure neighborhood consistently choose Rockwell — availability, not budget, is usually the constraint.
Poblacion: Character and Energy
Poblacion has transformed from Makati's old town into its most vibrant dining and nightlife district. Rentals skew toward newer mid-rise condominiums and refurbished apartments, typically ₱25,000 to ₱80,000 per month. It suits younger professionals and creatives who trade polish for personality — and it borders Rockwell, so the Power Plant Mall is minutes away.
